It's with great satisfaction that we present
our new thermo-formatted neoprene life-vest "metalic"
serie, develop in partnership with Santa Catarina ergonomic university.
Replacing the regular neoprene life-vest,
it is today considered what's best and most adequate for the practice
of water sports. Our goal is prioritize the freedom of movement
and safety, that is why we made o project of live-vest that must
de used real tight to the body, and that does not move around when
the user goes into the water. Another characteristic of the life-vest
is it not hollow, it won't absorb water in it's interior like the
regular neoprene life-vest, that gets soaking wet, as a result, it
floats more and maintains the same weight.
The life vest is made with a cover
and expanded rubber plate with lycra on both faces. Next to
that, the plate is compressed in a thermo-formatter machine, and them
it goes through the process, where the neoprene, YKK zippers and the
finish all good quality material are put. The result is a great
combination of flexibility, resistance and isothermal protection.

such as: Wake-boarding, Wind/Kite-Surf, Tow-in, Jet-ski, Canoeing,
Sailing and other general water sport.
