K38 is committed in supporting Nancy Rigg and acknolwedging
her presence during the difficult days ahead for the water
rescue teams and the surviving family members during the
months ahead.
Nancy's influence behind the scenes for over a decade
of personal sacrifice and diligence in education have certaily created
a significant impact on reducing potential deaths not only of our
fellow citizens but of our fellow brethron in the water rescue community.
In the memory of Higgins and Langley and in support of their memorial
awards program, 'Go Swiftly, Go Safely'.
